What is Deep Tissue Massage?
Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. What is Shiatsu?
Shiatsu is a Japanese word. It means 'finger pressure'. A Shiatsu treatment does however incorporate the use not only of finger pressure, but also thumbs, palms, knees, forearms, elbows and feet. What is Trigger Point Therapy?

What are Trigger Points?

What Is Hot Stone Massage?

What Happens During a Hot Stone Massage?
